Australians visiting the United States for a short holiday or business trip usually travel under the Visa Waiver Program, which means you need an approved ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) before you fly.
What is an ESTA?
An ESTA is an online travel authorisation linked to your passport. It is generally valid for multiple trips over two years, or until your passport expires, whichever comes first. It is not a visa, and it does not guarantee entry.
What you'll need
- Your Australian passport (with at least the validity required for your trip)
- A photo of your passport's photo page
- Your home address, employer details and an emergency contact
- Your US address or hotel, if you know it
- Answers to the eligibility questions, which you answer yourself

MyVisaMate is a private company, not a government agency. Your price includes the government fee, so you pay one all-in price.
