Is MyVisaMate a government website?

No. MyVisaMate is a private business, not a government agency. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any government.

What we do

We help Australian travellers prepare, check and submit travel documents such as ESTAs, ETAs, e-visas and digital arrival cards. You answer our questions in plain English, a person reviews your answers and photos for mistakes, and then we submit your application to the official government system for you.

What we don't do

We don't make decisions on applications. Only the relevant government can approve or refuse your travel document, and we can't speed up their decision.

You can always apply yourself

Every document we help with can be applied for directly with the government. Arrival cards are free when you do them yourself, and for visas and travel authorisations you pay only the government fee. Our all-in price includes any government fee, plus the help, the mistake check by a person, submission at your chosen speed, and support.
