When you order, you choose how quickly we review and submit your application: Standard, Urgent or Super Urgent.
The three speeds
- Standard: submitted within 24 hours
- Urgent: submitted within 4 hours
- Super Urgent: submitted within 15 minutes
When the clock starts
Your chosen time starts once we have your payment and all your details and photos. If something is missing or unclear, we'll contact you, and the clock restarts when you reply.
What the speed covers, and what it doesn't
The speed you pay for covers our review and submission only. After we submit, the government makes its own decision in its own time, which we can't change.
Arrival cards have a submission window
Some arrival cards, such as Thailand's and Malaysia's, can only be submitted in the 3 days before you arrive. If you order earlier, we check everything straight away and then submit within your chosen speed once the window opens.
