Japan arrival card (Visit Japan Web) for Australians

Visit Japan Web is the Japanese government's online service for entering your immigration and customs information before you arrive. Completing it means you can show QR codes at the airport instead of filling in paper forms.

What you'll need

  • Your Australian passport details
  • Your flight number, arrival airport and arrival date
  • Your accommodation address and phone number in Japan
  • Answers to the customs declaration questions

How MyVisaMate helps

We guide you through the questions, a person checks your answers, and we submit within your chosen speed. We'll explain how to access your QR codes on your phone before you fly.
